Kimber perfect fit
I ordered 3 of these for my 3 Kimber two-tone custom II pistols to replace the plastic mainspring housings. All three went in perfect, not a bit of filing needed, fit snug and look great. Great product and beautiful checkering. Keep up the great work EGW.

Perfect Fit; Great Finish
I bought this stainless mainspring housing for one of the builds I was doing on a Palmetto State Armory frame. I used it in conjunction with the stainless grip safety, also from EGW. The fit and finish were perfect, and the 25 lpi checkering were the perfect complement to the checkering I put on the frontstrap.

I would recommend this part to anyone building a stainless 1911 or replacing an alloy mainspring housing.
