ONE GREAT PART FOR THE COMMANDER !!!
ADD A BUFFER-PAD & A CORRECT WEIGHT RECOIL SPRING TO THIS FL-GUIDE ROD & PROMISE IT WILL "ROCK YOUR WORLD" !!! THE ROD SUPPORTS THE SPRING INSIDE THE FRAME SPRING TUNNEL & KEEPS IT ALIGNED, DURING BOTH THE COMPRESSION & RELEASE CYCLES WHEN FIRING OR SIMPLY RETRACTING THE SLIDE BY HAND. ONLY THING NEEDED IS TO CHUCK IT INTO A HAND DRILL & SPIN-POLISH WITH A PIECE OF RED CROCUS CLOTH OR FINER ABRASIVE PAPER. POLISH WITH A DAB OF "FLITZ" METAL POLISH, TO FINISH. THE SLICKER THE ROD IS, THE EASIER THE RECOIL SPRING CAN DO IT'S THING !!! A FEW OZ. OF WEIGHT WILL BE ADDED TO THE MUZZLE END OF THE SLIDE, BUT THAT'S PERFECTLY ACCEPTABLE BECAUSE IT HELPS TO DAMPEN THE AMOUNT OF MUZZLE CLIMB WHEN FIRING-DUH !!!
