Why Extra Length Matters
The extra-long design gives the gunsmith material at both the front and rear of the ejector. That additional length allows the finished part to be matched to the geometry of the particular slide and frame.
A longer rear area can accommodate blending requirements while the extended front provides a customizable ejector nose. Final dimensions depend on the individual firearm.
