Description

EGW's next bolt handle threading date is Monday, July 15th. Bolts must be in house by Friday, July 12th.

Turn-around time is approximately two weeks - you will be notified via e-mail with a shipping notification when your bolt is on it's way home to you.

Orders containing additional items will ship in their entirety with the returned bolt.  Customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges associated with splitting an order.

Threading is currently available for right-handed Remington 700, 722, 725 rifles.

Choose one of the three styled knobs and add a sleek look to your Bolt Action. One knob is included in your purchase of the threading package, and you can purchase additional bolt knobs for $20 each.

While EGW has ceased its gunsmithing services indefinitely, we are still offering a select number of jobs. EGW is now threading bolt handles to fit our assortment of over-sized bolt knobs.

Threading pattern is 5/16x24.
Knobs are made from 7075 Aircraft Aluminum.
Level III Mil-Spec Hard Coat Anodizing.


Your bolt will be returned with the knob loosely installed to allow removal by the end user.



Please send in your bolt only. EGW will only be threading every 6-8 weeks.

BOLT THREADING
I RECENTLY HAD A REMINGTON BOLT THREADED BY EGW, FIRST LET ME SAY THAT THE WORKMANSHIP AND PERCISION ARE TOP NOTCH! ALSO EVERYONE THAT I WAS IN CONTACT WITH DURING THE PROCESS WERE VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. TURN AROUND TIME WAS QUICKER THAN EXPECTED! AND THROUGH MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIANCE I CAN HONESTLY SAY THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORKMANSHIP,NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND EGW TO ANYONE THAT WANTS A QUALITY THREADING JOB WITH A TIGHT FITTING NO WOBBLE KNOB!
