Purchasing & Shipping FAQ

How do I place an order?

  • To expedite your shipment and to ensure accuracy of your information, we recommend all purchases be made via our online store. If you have any questions or inquiries about any of our products, services or inventory, feel free to email us.  If you have not received an answer within 1 business day, feel free to call. 

Is my order in stock?

  • Orders for in-stock items will ship within 3 business days, upon receipt of cleared payment.
  • Orders requiring expedited shipping (UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air or 3 Day Select) will be processed on the same day, if the order is placed before 12PM Eastern Time.  Orders placed after 12 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the following business day.
  • We will do our best to accommodate order updates/cancellations prior to processing orders, but we do not guarantee that changes will be made before the order is shipped.  Please assume that your order will be processed exactly as it is placed.  If you need to modify your order please call us at (215) 538-1012 and be sure to have your online order ID.  Order updates will not be accepted via e-mail.
  • Please allow three days after your order has been placed prior to contacting us for order status/tracking information.  If a valid e-mail is provided with the order, tracking information will automatically be sent to the e-mail account.
  • If an online order is received for an account with an outstanding balance, the order will not be shipped until the balance is settled.

 

How will my order be shipped?
EGW, Inc offers a wide variety of shipping methods.  Please pick the appropriate shipping method which best suites your requirements:

  • USPS Priority Mail - Orders totaling less than $50 will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  In-stock items will ship within three business days of date of purchase (we do our best to accommodate requests for faster order processing, but do not guarantee a faster turn-around time unless expedited shipping is purchased).  Please allow at least one week for receipt once item has been shipped.

  • UPS Ground - Orders totaling $50 or more will be shipped via UPS Ground Mail.  In-stock items will ship within three business days of date of purchase (we do our best to accommodate requests for faster order processing, but do not guarantee a faster turn-around time unless expedited shipping is purchased).  Please allow at least one week for receipt once item has been shipped. 

  • UPS 3 Day Select - Orders placed before noon will ship on the same business day.  Orders placed after noon will ship the following business day.  Delivery guaranteed by UPS by the third business day following ship date.  

  • UPS 2nd Day Air - Orders placed before noon will ship on the same business day.  Orders placed after noon will ship the following business day.  Delivery guaranteed by UPS by the second business day following ship date.  

  • UPS Next Day Air - Orders placed before noon will ship on the same business day.  Orders placed after noon will ship the following business day.  Delivery guaranteed by UPS by the next business day following ship date.

  • Saturday Delivery - UPS Saturday delivery is not a standard shipping option at this time. However, the USPS will deliver mail on Saturday. Please call (215) 538-1012 with special requests.  All orders totaling over $200 will require a signature for delivery. 

  • USPS Global Priority (Insured) - In-stock items will ship within three business days of date of purchase.  Please allow at least three weeks for receipt once item has been shipped.  All international orders must total less that $500.00.  We cannot ship sights, frames, barrels, ignition parts, or AR parts outside of the United States.  Due to a high volume of lost/undelivered packages, we are only able to ship items internationally if the parcel is insured.
  • Residents of the Philippines - We are currently unable to ship any parts to the Philippines.  Orders placed with shipping addresses in the Phillipines will be canceled and fully refunded. Philippino customers are encouraged to supply a U.S. shipping address, if applicable.

What is your return policy?

  • If you receive your order and the incorrect item has been sent
  • Items may be returned up to sixty (60) days after the date of purchase.  Refunds for items returned after 30 days will be deducted by a 15% restocking fee.
  • We will not refund shipping costs for any order.
  • A full refund will be issued, as long as the item has not been marked, marred or modified in any way.  We will not accept scope mounts back if they have ring or loctite marks on them.
  • Returned items do not have to be in their original packaging, but all parts of the item must be returned in order for a refund to be processed.  If an item is returned and has components missing, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Refunds will be issued within 2 business days after we receive the return, and will be processed via the method of payment that was utilized for the original purchase.

Can I exchange the item that I purchased?

  • If you receive your order and the incorrect item has been sent, please call us at (215) 538-1012.  Please have your online order ID or invoice number when you call.
    • If the item sent was our error (you received a part that you did not order), we will mail you a pre-paid return envelope.  Once the incorrect item has been received by our office, we will send you the correct part.
    • If you ordered the incorrect part, you will need to send the item into our office.  Once the item has been received by our office, we are happy to exchange the item for you.  Please contact us by telephone at (215) 538-1012 to determine which part you will need sent.  You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
