Our privacy statement is simple

- We do not sell the email addresses or telephone numbers of any of our customers.
- We do not keep any payment information on file.

Order Processing:

Orders will be processed, and in-stock items will ship within three (3) business days after the date of purchase (exceptions: expedited shipping requested, custom bushings, custom drill). Expedited shipping will be shipped same business day if the order is received prior to 12 noon EST of that business day. Orders placed on NON-business days that require expedited shipping will be shipped the next business day available. Expedited shipping orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday will NOT be shipped until the next business day (normally Monday unless a holiday, Saturday delivery is not available unless you call & speak to an EGW Staff member). All custom work will take approximately 3 weeks from the date of purchase regardless of the shipping method selected.

Orders will be processed and shipped exactly as they are placed. Orders are processed promptly, in order to ensure prompt delivery; because of this, we are unable to accommodate order add-ons. You must place another order if you require additional items. All updates/cancellations prior to processing of orders will be accommodated on a “per order” basis and must be logged by speaking with a staff member. We cannot guarantee that changes will be made before the order is shipped. Please assume that your order will be processed exactly as it reflects on your order confirmation email.
