This is typically a drop in part when measurements are provided. Minor fitting may still be required depending on the precision of the measurements provided and the machining of the slide and barrel. Please do not add any tolerances to the measurements you provide. Our machinist will add the appropriate tolerances.

PLEASE NOTE. IF YOU SELECT THE COMMANDERIZE OR CUSTOM BORE OPTION THERE IS AN APPROXIMATE 2-3 WEEK LEAD TIME.

The flange thickness is .090" which is the standard GI spec.

Available in Stainless Steel and blued Carbon Steel.

Please measure these two areas with calipers to find the sizes you need.

Angle Bore is bored on an angle or a snug fit (measurements must be precise);
Straight Bore is bored straight without variation.

Please allow 3 weeks for custom bored bushings.

When choosing a spring plug, choose the EGW Standard Nose Spring Plug for a flush fit!

Standard gunsmith fit bushings come with a pre-bored hole that measures .568", please select your barrel diameter from the drop down menu if you would like us to bore the bushing to fit your barrel.
