We work closely with our OEM partners to develop custom parts for their guns. If you've got an idea for a part, and are looking for design, prototyping, and proof of concept, all we need are your specs and a rough diagram. Using the latest SolidWorks CAD, Gibbs CAM software, and our state-of-the-art 3D printer, we'll create a digital rendering and plastic 3D model. Once we've confirmed that the piece meets your specifications, we'll create a prototype for testing before moving on to full-scale production.
We use only the highest-quality materials to ensure our products deliver reliable performance under the most stressful conditions, and stand up to repeated heavy use.

Our arsenal includes Swiss Screw, CNC mills and lathes, and Horizontal Machining Centers
A dozen CNC mills and highly-experienced machinists deliver the highest possible precision, with tolerances as low as .XXXX. We even use a 4-axis horizontal mill for increased milling capabilities, allowing us to make precision cuts along 4 different axes instead of just 3. Our inspection equipment is capable of measuring to 5 decimal places, and we adhere to some of the strictest quality control standards, so you can be sure that every part you get from us will exceed your expectations.
Hot Bluing, Anodizing and Heat Treating
We send our parts out to be vacuum heat treated at Vacubraze, a local partner that is ISO certified and meets AWS and AMS standards. We also send parts out to be hot blued, anodized, and hard coat anodized.
We have plastic clamshells made specifically for many of our parts and can work with you to develop and print branded packaging inserts so your direct-to-consumer parts and accessories are shipped in the package and ready to be sold.
