FedEx has updated their policy and are no longer guaranteeing 2-Day Shipments. We are not able to refund you for the cost of shipping if your order does not arrive in 2 days. If your order ships with FedEx and does not arrive within 15 days of the order shipping, please contact us and we will be able to ship another product to you.
We are able to file a claim with USPS after 15 days of the order shipping. If your order does not arrive within 15 days after being shipped, please contact us and we will ship a new package out.
