A must for the serious reloader: EGW offers custom designed, carbide sizing dies that are 0.001" smaller in diameter than typical dies. Not only is it smaller in diameter, the bottom corner is radiused which sizes the case further down. This helps prevent feed failures from cases that bulged near the base during reloading- which is typical of brass fired in Glocks and other loose chambered guns. The dies are made out of carbide. Undersized Reloading Dies will work with a Dillon Press if they are 550, 650, or 1050. They will not work if they are squared.

...and still going strong. These dies have solved (or greatly reduced the frequency of) another really annoying reloading issue - the incidence of failure to ignite due to 'high' primers. Because they do a better job eliminating slight bulges, your progressive press 'bottoms' more consistently, meaning you get full depth seating of primers. Viola! Again: REALLY recommend this product!

I have the 45 ACP and 38 Special U Die. The brass comes out almost perfectly parallel, and sized right down to the web. It does take a bit of elbow grease, especially if you have some Hornady +P cases in the batch. After running a few thousand rounds through it, I can tell the make of a case from the feel of it passing through the U Die!

I have the 9mm undersized die.
This is the best and cheapest way to resize cases fired from a glock. I love the fact that I don't have to take any extra steps in reloading range brass to get 99% of the rounds to gage. The remaining 1% will pass a chamber check and I use those for practice.

...and value; dramatically better than anything else I've used in 20 years of reloading. Reliable, inexpensive, and delivers just as promised. A hidden benefit is the way the Lee decapping stem works: far less inclined to break or bend if an obstruction is encountered in the case (a small pebble, for instance, that became lodged there and preload cleaning/tumbling did not remove; I bought 10 replacement stems, and have yet to need one). Even on calibers where bulging is generally less of a problem, I've replaced all my sizing/decapping dies with these EGWs - they're just that much better. And before you ask: it 'rehabs' field brass beautifully, even those fired in older style, not-fully-supported Glock chambers. You'll often get a slight 'smile' in the web, but this is usually a visual artifact only: most will easily pass a TIGHT chamber gauge and survive literally dozens more uses, if they don't pass a gauge check, they aren't safe anyway and should be pitched. BUY THEM!

This product absolutely does what it is supposed to do. I have had one for the last four years and not one hiccup in chambering or the bullet pushing back as it is chambering. I highly recommend this product to my fellow competition shooters for flawless reloads and reliability of the reloads which includes glock brass shot with unsupported chambers. Thank you EGW for this product. I highly recommend this die for all reloaders.

.40 S&W Undersize die
Before this die I would have about 10% of my handloaded ammo that would not fit into my case gauge. This was after loading them with a standard size die and then finishing them with the LEE Factory crimp die.
Since using this die I have had exactly 1 cartridge that would not fit nicely in my case check gauge. I love it.!

38 super die
I have used the 38 super version of this die for the last 4 years now. I have not had a jam due to a shell not being sized properly since.
